About this role
In the ICU of a hospital, patients are often in critical condition and need constant monitoring and care. ICU nurses review data from special equipment to track a patient’s heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and other vitals. They also carry out more traditional nursing duties such as administering medications and communicating with patients regarding their condition.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of NJ
- BLS (American Heart Association) Certification
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification (preferred)
- 2 year or more experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
- Vent Care Experience
- Must be willing to work holidays, weekends and provide additional coverage as needed
