Here, you’ll gain hands-on experience caring for both adult and pediatric populations facing a variety of conditions, from respiratory issues to altered mental status and infection. Schedule/Hours
- 7:00am – 7:00pm shifts
- Self-scheduling with flexible block options
- Weekend shifts as needed
- No holiday requirement
Desired Experience &
Certifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
- Pediatric and adult inpatient experience preferred
- Willingness to ask questions and seek guidance as needed
- Must comply with fit testing guidelines regarding facial hair
Key
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adults and pediatric patients on a 17-bed unit
- Manage multiple patient conditions, including UTI, COPD, pneumonia, and more
- Collaborate with charge nurses and nursing aids (day and night support available)
- Coordinate with respiratory therapy, especially for occasional BiPap use
- Float to ED/ICU for 1:1 assignments as necessary
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to dress code: navy blue scrubs
