Creative Community Living Services is a leading agency providing in home support for adults with disabilities. Looking for a nurse to provide administrative as well as hands-on care for clients in Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Neillsville, and Marshfield, WI. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent quality client care, providing training and education to staff, assisting in maintenance of residents' charts and review of documentation, providing medically orientated task training delegation and oversight, ensuring Care Plans are up to date, and overseeing medication continuity and consistency including audits and psychotropic reviews.
