Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

Every day you will provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care, organizing and prioritizing patient activities with precision. You will serve as a patient advocate through holistic care practices, recognizing and adapting swiftly to changes in patient conditions (e.g., lab results, vitals). Utilizing the SBAR format for physician notification and performing bedside nurse-to-nurse reports are critical daily functions. You'll also participate in process and quality improvement activities, delegate tasks appropriately, and involve patients/families in their care plans using therapeutic communication, all while maintaining cultural sensitivity.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and interpersonal communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to recognize your scope of practice by seeking multidisciplinary collaboration and utilizing appropriate resources are essential. Required

• One (1) year RN experience
• ADN, Diploma, or Foreign Equivalent
• Registered Nurse: AZ
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months

Preferred

• BSN
• One (1) year medical/surgical intensive care experience
