As a PRN RN of Kindful Health you will work with the Clinical Director to assist a care team including RNCM(s), LPN(s), Aides, MSW and Chaplain to provide best in class care to a reasonably sized case load.

Essential Education and

Experience

Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in the Hospice service line in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities &

Duties

PRN RN will be responsible for

  • Adheres to all regulatory requirements and professional standards
  • Follows policies and procedures consistent with recognized standards of professional practice
  • Identifies system problems or inefficiencies that may negatively affect patient care
  • Manage clinical excellence within your patient census.
  • Provide high levels of communication both internally with the Kindful team and externally with patients and families to assure top CAHPS scores
  • Collaborate with your Clinical Director, Medical Director and entire team to provide a "concierge" level hospice experience

Compensation

$45-$47 per hour
