What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes Document care provided and maintained accurate clinical records Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards. Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Current LPN license in the state of MD 3-5 years of experience in a hospital, long term care facility or other related healthcare facility Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment
