*Primary Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities*
- Direct resident care, assessment and documentation
- Administer resident medication
- Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies
- Maintain resident's medication records and individual supplies
- Notify resident's physician of needs or changes in resident's physical health status as necessary
- Maintain up-to-date records and charting
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure they are aware of residents' health status and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the current status of residents
- Write referrals or transfers, as needed
- Charge Nurse duties as needed upon completion of Charge Nurse training
*Minimum
Qualifications

- Current Nursing license in good standing (within state of MN)
- BLS Certification
- Proficiency with computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, EHR)
- Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary team framework
- Effective communication skills

Andrew is for those who do not need psychiatric hospitalization and are working to achieve success living independently.
