Hiring: Private Duty LPN| Pedia with Trach and Vent Experienced | Morning shift | Lorain County | Full-Time

• Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric, memory/dementia, and complex care patients
• Perform and manage TrachVent care, including airway and ventilator support
• Monitor patient condition and respond to clinical changes appropriately
• Assist with ADLs and patient mobility as needed
• Implement infection control and patient safety protocols
• Administer care per physician orders and clinical guidelines
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with care team, patients, and families
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and clinical standards
• Participate in ongoing training and skills development
