Key Responsibilities
Assess residents' conditions and monitor for changes in health status.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Provide education, guidance, and support to residents and their families.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in resident conditions and emergency situations.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate quality resident care.
Advocate for residents while promoting their safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Qualifications
Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
