About this role
Oversee four wings on the night shift, which includes supervising the LPN, CNA, and RNs. Plans, directs, and delivers resident care on assigned units, including shift coordination, staff reassignment, and direct patient care as needed. Supervises and evaluates performance of subordinate staff. Collaborates with nursing leadership and other departments to ensure 24-hour continuity of care. Completes clinical documentation such as RAI, MDS, and updates care plans. Investigates and reports complaints and unusual occurrences.

Requirements
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse license or temporary permit or multi-state license issued by a Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC/eNLC) state
- Three years of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR bachelor's degree in nursing plus two years of experience; OR master's degree in nursing or public health plus two years of experience; OR doctorate in nursing or public health plus one year of experience
