Range: $79,040.00 - $114,400.00 per year

Responsibilities
Leading team of nurses and CNAs to provide quality care within the facility during the evening shift
Managing patient and family concerns
Assisting in covering medication carts as needed
Ensuring proper documentation is completed while on-shift

Qualifications
RN licensure in Massachusetts
Prior experience supervising required; prior experience as a supervisor in long-term care is a plus
Ability to supervise multiple staff members on facility units
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
