Registered Nurse (RN)

Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team. Participate in shift reports and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold resident rights at all times. Perform other nursing duties as assigned. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. CPR/BLS certification required. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Schedule Every other weekend.
