We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role on our Medical/Telemetry Unit , providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting . Key responsibilities include Assessing patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs Developing and implementing personalized care plans Coordinating interdisciplinary care and discharge planning Conducting purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication Collaborating with patients' care partners to meet varied needs Following communication protocols like SBAR to ensure seamless care transitions Qualifications include Graduation from an accredited RN program Current Nevada nursing license Valid BLS and ACLS certifications At least one year of acute care experience or three years part-time Ideal candidates demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and a commitment to quality care.
