About this role
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation in the Family Medicine Clinic. Directs and coordinates nursing care for patients based on nursing practice standards with some managerial responsibilities. Collaborates with other RN Charges to drive clinic best practices and coordinate patient and process flows. Serves as a resource person and provides care for patients from birth to elderly at Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, Alaska.
