About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) will directly supervise 1 to 25 employees in the Residential Health Service Department who reside within Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot Counties. The RN will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Requirements
- RN License in Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of MD
- Minimum of two years' experience in supervision and administration
- Minimum of two years' experience in home health management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
