Join Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital's team of caregivers that provide top-quality patient care to the Port St. Lucie area. The Telemetry/Neurology Unit at Tradition Hospital specializes in the monitoring of various neurological conditions and diagnoses. Many of these patients are post-stroke patients who have been downgraded from the PCU or ICU. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. A PRN caregiver in this position works varying nights from 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - preferred
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification - preferred, must obtain within one year of hire
NIH Stroke Scale Certification - preferred, must obtain within 30 days of hire
