Responsibilities
- Assess residents and provide nursing care.
- Administer medications safely.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in condition.
- Follow care plans and physician orders.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
- Active California LVN license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- SNF/LTC experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and resident-care skills.
- Basic computer and EHR skills preferred.
Pay: Up to $1,800.00 per week Work Location: In person
