Overview

As a Nurse RN at Visiting Angels Charlottesville, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care in a compassionate and supportive environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure the well-being of our clients and contribute to their overall health goals. Whether you work on-site or remotely, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to our clients in accordance with established protocols and standards.

• Assist with providing patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of changes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management if need be.

• Collaborate with our partners and healthcare team members to coordinate client care and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• RN license in Virginia a must!

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

• Experience in home care or home health care or a similar setting preferred.

Bonus If You

• Possess a certification in geriatric nursing.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).

• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Employment Type & Availability

This position is PRN and/or Part Time.

Location

This position is on-site/remote in Charlottesville, Virginia serving Charlottesville, Albemarle, Crozet, Greene, Madison, Fluvanna, Orange, Louisa and other surrounding areas.
