About this role
This role serves in an adjunct faculty role for the AHN Schools of Nursing. This nurse has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for clinical instruction of students. Essential responsibilities include exploring creative and innovative teaching and learning strategies on the clinical unit, providing quality instruction to groups of students and individuals, providing documentation of student progress, promoting patient safety initiatives, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students and faculty, providing leadership in a professional practice setting, and practicing solid communication skills.

Requirements
- RN license
- Master's degree in nursing OR obtain within 5 years of hire
- 2 years of experience in clinical area of direct responsibility
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
