About the Role
* As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide essential, hands-on support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. You’ll be a vital part of our clients' lives, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
*
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Support with mobility, including lifting when needed
- Light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe home
- Provide specialized support for developmental disabilities or memory care
- Collaborate with nurses and care teams
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
*What We’re Looking For:*
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or hospice (preferred)
- Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and support clients safely
- CPR/First Aid certification (a plus, but not required to apply)
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in availability
