About this role
Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) LTC. Location: Vestal, NY 13850. Duration: 16 Weeks.
Work Schedule: Weekend Day Shift | 3x12-Hour (7:00 AM 7:00 PM). Responsibilities include providing direct patient care and assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), supporting patients with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and personal care, monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team, maintaining accurate documentation of patient care, assisting with Alzheimer's and Dementia patient care, and ensuring patient safety while following infection prevention and facility protocols.
