About this role
Welcome to UH Home Care Services!
We have various positions for RN, LPN, STNA services. These positions are 100% travel to the patients homes to provide care. Locations are on Cleveland's west side, east side and central Cuyahoga county. Full time and part time. Full benefits. Mileage reimbursement.

STNA
Requirements
High School Equivalent / GED Required. Completes required continuing education requirements to maintain certification. 1+ years Home care experience. State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or equivalent certification. Basic Life Support (BLS). OH Driver's License (Valid) with car insurance coverage required. Successful completion of agency written test and competency evaluation of skills in the field Required.
LPN
Requirements
Other Accredited Program Completion of accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program required. 2+ years Nursing Experience (Level II only) Required Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio board of nursing. Required Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (i.e. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices). Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio Required Basic Life Support (BLS). IV certification (unit depending). ODL/Car Insurance required.

Requirements
Associates Degree in Nursing, ADN RN - Registered Nurse Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited program preferred. Diploma RN or ADN or MN from an accredited nursing program required. Basic Life Support Certification. ODL/Car Insurance required.
