Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dependable PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a field-based role offering flexibility and autonomy, ideal for RNs who are comfortable working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

Active Texas RN license
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
RNs without prior home health experience must complete agency training and one unpaid shadow visit prior to independently taking patients
