Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dependable PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a field-based role offering flexibility and autonomy, ideal for RNs who are comfortable working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

  • Active Texas RN license
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • RNs without prior home health experience must complete agency training and one unpaid shadow visit prior to independently taking patients
