Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care to a diverse range of individuals, including short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Administer medications, treatments, and operations as ordered by physicians and in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care guidelines
