Responsibilities

**

• Provide exceptional patient care to a diverse range of individuals, including short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing patients

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications, treatments, and operations as ordered by physicians and in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care guidelines

As a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends. Requirements

**

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin

• Active participation in continuing education and professional development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care
