In this role, youll build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on nursing support, and help create a warm and respectful experience for participants and their families every day. Responsibilities * There are no bedside responsibilities involved in this role * Provide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participants * Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff * Partner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operations * Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system * Support seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassionCredentials and Qualifications Needed * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license * At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred * Experience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care setting * Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior care * Comfort with computers and electronic medical records There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
