Primary responsibility for supervising areas of Nursing Services including.
Staff performance.
Quality assurance activities.
Timeliness of MDS data entry and submission.
Nursing staffing practices and payroll preparation.
Resident accident/incident reporting and resident abuse investigations.
In the absence of the Director of Nursing Services, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services, manages Nursing Services.
