What You'll Do
As an RN or LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care while helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
Your responsibilities include
Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.
Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate updates promptly.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.
Respond confidently to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate communication.
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
What We're Looking For
Current Ohio RN or LPN License in good standing.
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
A compassionate, resident-first attitude.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented professionals who enjoy making a difference.
