About this role

Holistic Consultants is looking to hire a highly motivated, team player who enjoys caring for others. We are looking for additional trained staff to join our team. Must be willing to work with Clients/Patients with Special needs which can be mental health and intellectual disabilities.

This position is under the direct supervision of the Administrator and the House Supervisor when the Administrator is not on the premises. The position includes the provision of residential treatment as well as socialization, educational and recreational activities for developmentally disabled consumers who manifest a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders. These services are provided within a framework consistent with other treatment goals under the overall supervision of the Administrator.

CNA/Direct Care Staff work in conjunction with other residential staff, as well as other persons/agencies involved in treatment activities related to the client's Individual Service Plan (ISP). Direct Care Staff directly assists residential consumers in: 1. Activity of Daily Living 2. Health care monitoring/management as directed by RN, LVN and Primary care Provider 3. Socialization and integration through activities and learning activities 4. Developing the necessary living skills required for residential environments. 5. Resolving emotional and interpersonal problems that directly affect residential living.
