About this role
The Home Health Clinical Director is responsible for directing and coordinating patient care services, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies. This role provides clinical leadership to nursing and interdisciplinary staff, promotes quality outcomes, and supports the agency's mission of delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision for home health nursing and interdisciplinary staff.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, Oklahoma state regulations, and agency policies.
- Oversee patient care services, clinical documentation, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor clinical performance indicators and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, community partners, and agency leadership.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, competency assessment, and performance management of clinical staff.
- Participate in agency strategic planning, budget management, and operational decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of OASIS assessments, clinical documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in home health
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, Conditions of Participation, OASIS, and home health reimbursement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the agency service area.
