What You Will Do: Delivery of medications and treatments; Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments; Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care; Support activities of daily living; Maintain clear, timely documentation; Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families; Adhere to infection control and safety standards; Other duties as assigned. What You Must Have: Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice. Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
