About this role
Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant DON to support daily nursing operations, supervising and mentoring nursing staff, assisting with staffing coordination and scheduling, conducting staff evaluations, ensuring accurate MDS documentation, and providing compassionate care to residents.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
