About this role

Location: Wichita, KS. Facility: Via Christi St Francis. Speciality: Neuro Trauma ICU. Schedule: Day Shift, Full-time, 3 shifts per week 7:00am-7:00pm, Rotating Weekends & Holidays. Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000. Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care. Advocate for patients by monitoring and communicating real-time health changes. Orchestrate multidisciplinary care as the primary coordinator. Empower patients and families by managing the discharge planning process.

Requirements

  • RN License credentialed from Kansas Board of Nursing
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire
  • Neurocritical care
