- RN License credentialed from Kansas Board of Nursing
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire
