Located in the heart of Cornelius, NC, our functional medicine and wellness practice takes a deep, personalized approach to health—digging into root causes, not just managing symptoms. Our services include Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Functional Medicine and Functional Lab Testing, Weight Loss Solutions, Peptide Therapy, IV Therapy, and more.

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines clinical nursing responsibilities with the patient-focused duties of a Patient Care Coordinator. This role starts as part-time with the potential to grow as our patient community expands.
