Our services include Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Functional Medicine and Functional Lab Testing, Weight Loss Solutions, Peptide Therapy, IV Therapy, and more.

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines clinical nursing responsibilities with the patient-focused duties of a Patient Care Coordinator. This role starts as part-time with the potential to grow as our patient community expands.

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, OR), or a comparable practice aligned with our services
  • At least 1 year of experience administering injections preferred
  • IV therapy specialty experience strongly preferred

  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is preferred
