DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Charge Nurse (aka Clinical Coordinator) to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you'll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Requirements

Current RN license and CPR certification; 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis; Charge RN readiness approval required; ADN required; BSN preferred; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred; CNN/CDN certification a plus; Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook); Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
