Job ID 94185 Date posted 08/26/2026 Pre and Post Charge Registered Nurse Pre and Post Charge Registered Nurse at Center for Special Surgery Welcome to Center for Special Surgery Center for Special Surgery is an Ambulatory Surgery Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Ambulatory surgery centers (or outpatient surgery centers) are healthcare facilities where surgical procedures not requiring an overnight hospital stay are performed. Job Summary The Pre and Post Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals. The Pre and Post Charge Registered Nurse identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The Pre and Post Charge Registered Nurse identifies and remedies variances through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The Pre and Post Charge Registered Nurse works with Senior Management in meeting Facility goals. Required Skills: Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred. Two (2) years experience in surgery management that must include pre-op, intra-op, post-op care with total joint and spine experience. Licenses/Certifications/ Registrations Current FL RN License BLS & ACLS Certification required
