Shifts Available: Days • 12 hour shifts 7-7. Rate of pay: $19.50/hr. to $22.30/hr. (plus Shift Diffs as applicable). $5,000 for Full-Time & $2,500 for Part-Time positions or if you differ the sign on you can get $1.25 extra. Access to Daily Pay. Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor. Assist residents with daily care including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment. Keep residents dry, handle linens and make beds according to infection control guidelines. Assist residents with bowel and bladder functions. Assist with lifting, positioning, and transporting residents. Perform restorative procedures as instructed. Accurately measure and record vital signs. Ensure call lights are within reach and answered promptly. Report all changes in residents' condition to supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of resident units and common areas.
