Position Overview $22,500 Sign-On Bonus Available

United Health Services (UHS) is hiring experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool team supporting Critical Care or Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units across Wilson Medical Center and Binghamton General Hospital. This role is ideal for adaptable, clinically confident RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy caring for diverse patient populations while expanding their expertise across multiple inpatient specialties. Float Pool nurses play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care wherever the need is greatest, working alongside skilled interdisciplinary teams and making an impact across the health system.

There is more than one location associated with this position. This is either because there are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities. Your recruiter and hiring manager will clarify expectations during the interview process.

Primary Work Shift

Multiple shifts available

Compensation Range

$44.77 - $67.15 per hour, depending on experience

You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours.

Current Opportunities

  • Day-rotational Shift (7AM-7PM)
  • Night Shift (7PM-7AM)
  • 24-hour per week positions
  • 36-hour per week positions

Education/Experience

Minimum Required

Graduate of Accredited school of nursing

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

License/Certification

Minimum Required

  • Current New York State Registered Nurse
  • CPR within 3 months of hire
  • ACLS within 3 months of hire
