About this role
Seattle Medical Post Acute Care is seeking a MDS Coordinator Nurse (RN) to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), that is, the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs) and Care Plan in accordance with State and Federal requirements. Participates as part of the Nursing Center Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) for Medicare management as assigned.

Requirements
- RN
- Current LPN or RN Licensure in the State of Employment
- Computer aptitude with the EMR for this position
- Two years’ experience working in a long-term care (Preferred)
- Experience with Residence Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and MDS certification (Preferred)
- Point Click Care (PCC) experience (Preferred)
