About this role

Providence Medical Group in conjunction with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking an inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Santa Rosa, California. This is a part-time position with a tenured, passionate and collaborative group that works closely together. The role involves providing consultative services and collaborating with hospitalists, intensivists and specialty services for patient care in high-needs communities with many acute cases from facilities to include Santa Rosa Memorial, Petaluma Valley Hospital and Healdsburg Hospital.

100% inpatient. No call. Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time.

Compensation is between $167,935 and $217,245 per year (Salary is based on Full-time). The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
