Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - All Shifts - FT & PT

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll help our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.

• Safely transferring residents using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.

• Taking and documenting vital signs while reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.

• Providing compassionate care for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other age-related conditions.

• Encouraging resident independence while offering support, companionship, and respect.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and following HIPAA guidelines.

• Working collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide outstanding resident care.

What We're Looking For

• Current Colorado CNA certification (Required)

• At least 18 years of age

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for others

• Long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated new CNAs who are eager to learn.
