What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll help our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
- Safely transferring residents using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
- Taking and documenting vital signs while reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Providing compassionate care for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other age-related conditions.
- Encouraging resident independence while offering support, companionship, and respect.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following HIPAA guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide outstanding resident care.
What We're Looking For
- Current Colorado CNA certification (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for others
- Long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated new CNAs who are eager to learn.
