CHR Consulting Services, Inc. (CHR) provides an array of adaptive consulting and support services to senior care and community-based organizations. We are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement to serve our clients in skilled nursing communities.
This position not only evaluates, revises and implements systems to ensure that regulatory compliance and current standards of clinical practice are met but requires expertise in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and revenue integrity, including the PDPM process.

Position
requirements
Current RN license with minimum of 7 years nursing experience with at least 5 years’ experience in MDS coordination and excellent working knowledge of Federal Nursing Home Regulations. Experience at the Regional level is strongly preferred. Preferred candidates will also have a RAC-CT certification or complete certification within six months of employment, working experience in Minimum Data Set and Case Mix review and experience in adult training/education. Travel is required.
