What You’ll Do
In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical and psychosocial needs of the psychiatric patient and families. Plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner for the provision of safe and effective care. Requirements Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state.
