About this role

More Than an Injector Role

At LifeSculpt by ChristiMD, we believe exceptional patient outcomes begin with trust, education, and meaningful relationships—not transactions.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about aesthetics, longevity, and building long-term patient relationships. This opportunity combines aesthetic injectables, comprehensive consultations, IV therapy, patient education, and treatment planning within a growing physician-led Longevity & Aesthetics practice.

This is not a high-volume, transactional injector position. While aesthetic injection experience is highly valued, we are looking for more than someone who can simply perform a procedure. We want a clinician who listens to each patient's goals, builds trust, educates confidently, and develops thoughtful treatment recommendations that support the patient's overall aesthetic and wellness journey.

For the right RN, this is an opportunity to grow as an aesthetic provider while helping shape and expand both the Aesthetics and Longevity sides of our practice.

What You'll Do

  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, within scope of practice
  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and patient assessments
  • Develop personalized treatment recommendations based on each patient's goals
  • Educate patients on aesthetic, longevity, wellness, and skin health treatment options
  • Administer IV therapies and IM injections
  • Perform blood draws and specimen collection as needed
  • Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment education and follow-up
  • Build lasting patient relationships that support continuity of care and retention
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, estheticians, and concierge team members
  • Recommend additional aesthetic and longevity services when clinically appropriate and beneficial to the patient
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in educational events, training opportunities, and practice growth initiatives
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you

  • Build trust and rapport naturally
  • Enjoy consulting with patients as much as performing treatments
  • Are confident educating patients and making appropriate treatment recommendations
  • Believe aesthetics should be personalized rather than transactional
  • Have excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Enjoy collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Are interested in both aesthetics and the growing field of longevity and wellness
  • Want to continue developing professionally while helping grow a practice

Qualifications

  • Current Texas Registered Nurse license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Aesthetic injectable experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with neurotoxins and/or dermal fillers preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and ethical treatment recommendations
  • Ability to work between our Katy and Galleria locations
  • Commitment to continued learning and professional development

Don't Check Every Box?

We value technical experience, but we also recognize that exceptional aesthetic providers are developed through strong clinical judgment, training, communication, and the ability to build trusted patient relationships.

We welcome experienced aesthetic nurses as well as exceptional Registered Nurses with strong consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills who are committed to developing advanced aesthetic expertise.

Why LifeSculpt?

LifeSculpt by ChristiMD is a physician-led Longevity & Aesthetics practice with locations in Katy and the Galleria. We help patients optimize their health, confidence, and quality of life through personalized care spanning longevity medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic health and weight management, advanced aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, intimate wellness, and IV therapy.

Rather than treating aesthetics and wellness as separate experiences, our team works collaboratively to help patients develop individualized plans that support their health, confidence, and long-term goals.

You'll join a collaborative clinical environment with opportunities for continuing education, professional development, performance incentives, and the opportunity to help shape and grow an expanding Longevity & Aesthetics practice.

If you're looking for an aesthetic nursing career where your clinical expertise, consultation skills, and ability to build trusted relationships truly matter, we'd love to meet you.

Houston is a sprawling, diverse metro where world-class medical centers anchor a booming healthcare economy. The nation's fourth-largest city offers no state income tax, year-round warmth, and a food scene as varied as its population. Bayou-side greenways and museum districts balance the urban energy for nurses seeking opportunity in a place that never stops growing.

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
  • What should I expect for shifts, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
