As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to ensure our staff possess the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all staff members, including orientation, onboarding, and continuing education
Assess training needs and gaps, and create strategies to address them
Collaborate with department managers to design and deliver training programs that meet specific departmental needs
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
Develop and maintain partnerships with external training providers and education institutions
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in staff development and training
Requirements
Degree in a relevant field LVN or RN
Minimum Years of
Experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
