*What You’ll Do*

As an addiction recovery RN at RCA, you will

  • *Provide individualized care* by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
  • *Administer medications and treatments* in accordance with established protocols.
  • *Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team*, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care.
  • *Educate patients and families* on addiction recovery processes and effective self-care strategies.
  • *Monitor patient progress* and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
  • *Foster a safe and supportive environment* that respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.

*What We’re Looking For*

  • An *active RN license* in [state]
  • A minimum of *2 years' experience* in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or related fields (preferred).
  • *Current BLS certification* or the ability to obtain it during orientation.
  • Strong *clinical judgment* and the capacity to manage medical and behavioral health emergencies effectively.
  • Excellent *communication and teamwork skills*, with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
