Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations

Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered by the physician

Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including pain, discomfort, and potential complications

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including charts, reports, and logs

PRN Nurse duties may include working variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

PRN Nurse certification or registration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
