Burlington Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. Responsibilities include directing daily activities of CNAs, ensuring policy compliance, participating in admissions/discharges/transfers, observing resident status changes, transcribing physician orders, administering medications, performing wound treatments, providing nursing leadership, delivering direct care skills (colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, IV administration), performing rounds, collaborating with interdisciplinary team, participating in end-of-life care, and initiating/reviewing care plans. Requires current unencumbered State of Vermont RN license, strong communication skills, critical thinking skills, and ability to handle different situations with tact.
