Overview
The Registered Nurse provides patient-centered, high-quality care in a hospital setting, collaborating with medical teams and advocating for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly. Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately. Respond to patient needs proactively, ensuring exceptional care and timely resolution. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and medication management.
Qualifications & Skills
RN licensure and a Bachelor's Degree. At least 1 year of RN experience. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
