SUMMARY The Nurse coordinates medical, dental and vision services for youth in care. The Nurse also maintains appropriate records and files pertaining to medical services. Supervises Transport Coordinator if applicable. The Nurse is directly responsible to the Program Director. This position is eligible for overtime pay. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains the clinic and/or first aid on campus. Completes youth assessments on an initial and ongoing basis, including physical, dental, vision, hearing and other areas. Arranges and/or coordinates services for medical, dental, vision and other needs of youth. Sets up and maintains records and files relating to the clinic and medical services.
