Careview Health and Rehab of Minocqua is hiring nurses for a Charge Nurse day shift position (6am to 6pm). Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, conducting patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing IV infusion therapy, maintaining medical documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, assisting in triage and emergency situations, supporting patients with specialized needs, and educating patients and families.

Requirements
- Valid RN/LVN/LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in acute care settings such as hospitals or long-term care facilities preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as PointClick Care
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and patient assessment techniques
- Previous experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or geriatrics is highly desirable
- Ability to perform essential nursing skills including venipuncture, phlebotomy, medication administration, and wound care
